DIY Woodland Halloween Costumes

It’s so crazy to think that Halloween is less then two weeks away! Where has this past month gone?! We love dressing up for Halloween but for some reason it always gets put off until the last minute. Today we are sharing a few super cute Halloween costume looks for your little peanuts that you can easily replicate and you might already have things around your house to put them together! This season we are obsessed with the woodland look so we rounded up a few of our favorite looks and with a little makeup you can really make these critters come to life!

Does it get cuter then this?! We think not! And the best part about this costume is that it’s as easy as it gets to put together. We found this cute Raccoon Ears + Tail set on Amazon and then paired it with a gray chunky knit sweater and gray skirt.  You can also do pants for a warmer look. Add some white + black make up around the eyes and you’ve got one spunky little raccoon!

It wouldn’t be a woodland party with out Mr. Fox! This costume is so easy to replicate which is why we love it so much! Take any jacket you already have and just add a flannel scarf and this cute Felt Embroidered Fox Mask designed by Ox Eye Daisey! And if this costume becomes super last minute you can also use makeup or face paint to make a fox face.

When we found this costume on Etsy designed by Inbal Carmi Studio we knew it was meant to be! The dress is beyond darling and paired with the bonnet style antlers we just die! Inbal also hand-makes many other darling costumes for kids! To finish this look off and a little make up or face paint to your little ones face similar to how we did it below. Now just try not to take 5 million pictures of your cute little deer!

If you need some wood chopped… we know a guy! This look is just plain fun and of course so easy to replicate as well! Grab a beanie, a flannel shirt + jeans, boots and add some scruff to the face and you have one cute little man! You can also make your own kid-friendly axe or we love this wood axe by Clifford & Sons!
