To round out the fall season we have a light + refreshing fall drink that is sure to be a crowd pleaser! Our Pear + Apple White Sangria is tangy, tart, and full of fall fruit flavor. It is so easy to make and would be the perfect accompaniment to a rich cheese + fruit tray or along side your favorite meal. We know you’ll love it just as much as we do!
Pear + Apple White Sangria
– 1 bottle Moscato wine
– 1/2 cup lemon liqueur
– zest of 2 lemons
– 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
– 1 granny smith apple, cored, halved, and thinly sliced
– 1 bartlett pear, cored, halved, and thinly sliced
– 12 ounces ginger ale
In a large pitcher, combine wine, lemon liqueur, lemon zest, lemon juice, apple slices, pear slices and mix well. Place pitcher in refrigerator for 4 hours to chill and allow flavors to blend. Just before serving, top sangria off with ginger ale.
* You can easily make this a moctail by omitting the wine + liqueur and replacing with lemonade.
