St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Tortilla Chips

All right friends! We’ve got any easy + super yummy St. Patrick’s Day inspired recipe to share with you! And when we say easy we mean it! These fun shamrock tortilla chips will have you craving home made chips every day! Let your little peanuts help you cut out shamrock shapes with a cookie cutter and spinach tortilla wraps for an added activity! Serve them with your favorite green guacamole dip or green ranch for the perfect leprechaun snack!

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Spinach Tortilla Wraps
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Use a shamrock cookie cutter to cut out mini “shamrocks” in the tortillas.
  • Spritz with olive oil and sea salt.
  • Bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes {until crispy but not “browned”}.
  • Pair with you favorite dips!
