We can’t think of a better holiday to send thank you cards then Thanksgiving. This time of year we all tend to reflect on the things that we are most thankful for and for us it’s the special people in our life that do so much for us. Today we are sharing a super cute + fun DIY project that is easy enough to get your little peanuts involved in as well! These fingerprint turkey cards are adorable and perfect for giving to friends and family to show a little extra thankfulness! All you need is a white piece of card stock cut down to card size, acrylic paint and googly eyes. Squeeze out the different shades of paint colors and help your little peanuts dip their thumb into the paint and then press their thumb onto the card stock to create a thumbprint feather. Repeat this same thing until you have created a little rainbow shape of thumbprint feathers. Change paint colors for each feather row and to finish it off we used a metallic gold ink to make the body of the turkey. Add your googly eyes and you have one cute + special card that you can give to your loved ones on Thanksgiving! If your kiddos are old enough to write let them help write a special message on the back of the cards. That’s it! Now get to your turkey card making!
