Pomegranate Rosemary Spritzer

We talked about creating the perfect hot cocoa bar yesterday for your little party guests and today we are sharing the perfect holiday drink for you mamas! We actually just served this drink recently at a holiday dinner party and it really was the hit! Pretty and delicious all in one! Presentation is everything and the touch of pomegranate + rosemary is the perfect combination for getting festive this season! Enjoy!

{Adapted fromĀ A House in the Hills}
  • 1 bottle rose champagne
  • 2 ounces peach schnapps
  • 4 ounces pom juice
  • 1 small bottle Sanpallegrino blood orange soda
  • 6-8 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • 1 fresh pomegranate
  • Add 2-3 sprigs of rosemary to simple syrup, bring to a boil.
  • Remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes, strain rosemary leaves and set to cool.
  • Clean and de-seed pomegranate. Set seeds aside.
  • Pour rose champagne evenly into 4 cocktail glasses.
  • Add .5 ounces of peach schnapps, .5 ounces rosemary simple syrup, 1 ounce pom juice and a splash of Sanpallegrino blood orange soda to each glass and stir.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds to each glass.
  • Allow the pomegranate seeds time to float to the top of the glass and garnish with 1 sprig of rosemary.
