There are so many great ways to cook and serve food with pumpkins because the hallowed inside makes for the perfect bowl and also adds a festive flavor! First up we have Pumpkin Cheesecake Pudding in mini pumpkin bowls. Does it get any cuter then this for a Halloween treat to serve your party guests? Well the best part about them is how easy they are to make!

What you need:

All you have to do is wash them off, add a little bit of olive oil, seasoning salt, hot salt or chili powder and put them on a cookie sheet. Bake them at 375 degrees for about 10-12 minutes until hard. And there you have it… another great way to use a pumpkin!
