White Chocolate Candy Corn Cookies

There are a lot of icons when it comes to Halloween but one of our very favorites is the traditional Halloween candy, the Candy Corn! To us nothing says a Halloween treat quite like candy corn and our little peanuts call them the Halloween candy. Today we are sharing a super easy but super delicious cookie recipe that is tasty and festive! Perfect for a Halloween party, for party favors, gifts for teachers, a treat for Grandma and Grandpa or even just a fun activity to do with your kiddos this fall. Today we are making white chocolate candy corn cookies that will be come an instant favorite in your house!

 

INGREDIENTS: {makes 4 dozen cookies}

– 1 cup butter {softened}

– 2 eggs

– 1 cup sugar

– 1 cup brown sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1 teaspoon baking soda

– 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

– 3/4 cup candy corn

– 2 3/4 cup flour

– 1 package vanilla pudding

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Cream together butter and both sugars. Add the vanilla and eggs. In a mixing bowl combine baking soda, salt, pudding, and flour. Whisk together then slowly add to the butter mixture.

 

Add candy corn and chocolate chips to the dough. Mix with a wooden spoon. Cover the dough and place in the fridge.

 

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to form the dough into balls keeping any of the exposed candy corn on the bottom of the ball covered in dough so it doesn’t melt all over the cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!

If you are like us life gets busy really fast and sometimes if we don’t have time to make these yummy cookies from scratch we also buy a pre-made pack of white chocolate chip cookies and just add the candy corns. Cook as directed on the package and you have a super easy recipe for these yummy Halloween cookies!
