“As I think of those things that I am grateful for and make me happy in my life, the biggest blessing is my family. I couldn’t imagine my life without these people. They make everything worth it; those long nights staying up with a sick child, the worry of sending them to school and hoping that they make friends and the hope that everything I’m doing for them will make them better individuals in this life. They are my people. My happiness. I’m grateful for the simple act of Service. I’ve been on the recipient end many times and feel very blessed to have family and friends that support me and are my true cheerleaders in this life. I’m always reminded to surround ourselves with people who truly love you and want the best for you. I feel like I’m so lucky to have those people in my life.”

“This season I am so very thankful and blessed. I am thankful for my rock, my best friend, my everything; my husband. He works so hard to provide for our family and he never complains. He is an amazing partner and father. For that I am truly grateful.
I am thankful for my 2 beautiful children. My daughter reminds me every day not to take things too seriously and to love with your whole heart. She is such a sweet, kindhearted soul and I am so thankful to have her as my daughter. My son has taught me that being me is enough. Even if I have not showered, my house is a mess, I have warmed up leftovers for dinner (again), or I have just lost my temper over the huge mess he just made, he still wants me. Loves me. I am his everything and for that I am grateful.
I am thankful for my amazing parents. They have been married for 46 years and have shown me how to love and how to be a good parent. They are amazing grandparents and I value each day I get to spend with them.
Lastly, I am thankful for my friends. They have helped guide me though this crazy rollercoaster called motherhood! My friends with children have helped me stay sane by taking my 3 a.m. phone calls so I can ask, “What do you think about this rash?” or, “Is sleeping like this normal?” I am also thankful for my single friends! They remind me that it is okay to go out and have fun and still be a good mom!”

“Oh what a wonderful holiday Thanksgiving is. A time to reflect on life and all the things we have to be grateful for, what could be better! As I reflect on my life it is filled with so many blessings. I have an amazing and beautiful family, a nice warm home to live in with food on the table, our health (oh what a blessing that is), and wonderful friends by my side. As I go about my days I try to remember all these blessings and it helps put the true and important things in life into perspective.
My dear sweet husband, I am beyond grateful for him! He is my love, my partner, my best friend. I am so very blessed that I am able to go through life with him by my side. He works so hard to provide for our family, he is always there for me when I need him, my supporter, he is the most amazing father to our sweet little Scarlett and our fur baby Indi, and he continues to make me laugh daily! He amazes me with his boundless amounts of patience and countless acts of kindness he shows to all.
My precious little Scarlett, what a true blessing she has been to our lives these past 10 months! She brightens every single day! She is so cheerful, adventurous, loving, and so very funny. She has helped me to be a more patient and compassionate person. She allows me to relive my childhood and have so much fun, even in the tiniest ways. She makes me a better person.
My amazing parents have been such a true inspiration to me with their limitless amounts of love and compassion. They are always there no matter what! They are amazing teachers and a great example to me on the kind of person I would like to be. They have now become the most incredible grandparents, which is such a blessing! My wonderful in-laws who have taken me in as their own. My grandparents, who really are just second set of parents to me. Lastly, all my friends at Sweet Little Peanut. These are amazing women I get to work with and I am grateful to call them my friends. They are true inspirations on being wonderful friends, mothers, and all around amazing women. Thank you!”

“I just love this time of year and what this month represents. There are so many things to be thankful for in our lives and taking time out from our busy lives to count all of our blessings is just what we all need. I really have so many things to be thankful for and some of them are the little things we don’t think about like being healthy and having a roof over our heads. Whenever I start thinking about the things I’m the most thankful for my thoughts always turn to my family. I would be nothing without them and they are the ones who keep me motivated and push me to reach my dreams. They are the ones who make me feel complete and fill my heart with so much love and at many times I think it might burst. What would any of us be without our families and the daily support they give us? Thank you so much to my two sweet (and sometimes naughty) little boys who love me no matter what. They teach me so much about what true unconditional love is and they make me strive to be better person and a better mom every day. I have incredibly supportive and amazing parents that have always been by my side through all of my adventures and have put up with all of my crazy ideas. I’m so grateful to have my mom who is there for me at the drop of a hat. She truly is the best example of what a mother should be.
Thank you to my dear husband who is truly one of the bests. He is one of the hardest working people I know and a daily inspiration of what hard work and reaching for your goals can get you. Thank you so much for being there for me through all of my endeavors and crazy ideas! You love me and support me one everything I do and I can’t tell you how much that means to me. Thank you for being my best friend and always being my favorite person to hang out with. And most of all thank you for being the best dad to our boys. It’s no secret who is their favorite in this family!
Last but certainly not least… thank you so much to my wonderful team here at SLP! I can’t thank them enough for all of their hard work and dedication to this dream and for being such amazing and inspiring women to work with. Without each of you, this blog wouldn’t be what it is today and I’m so blessed to be able to call you dear friends. And THANK YOU so much to all of our readers and for joining along on this adventure with us! I love you all so much!”
